I am an "out of network" provider. In other words, I do not participate in any insurance panels as a preferred provider. However, if your insurance covers some portion of providers that are not in their network, I can provide you with a receipt for any reimbursements that they will allow. You can also use this receipt for healthcare flexible spending account reimbursement. 

Before you book your appointment, you might want to confirm your insurance company's out of network coverage policy. Doing so will give you an idea as to the overall cost of the visit.
