Welcome to my practice
If you are struggling with symptoms of depression, lack of motivation, anxiety, attention deficit or other mental health symptoms, you may benefit from meeting with a psychiatrist.
I am a board certified psychiatrist and completed my psychiatry residency at the University of Washington in 2011 after finishing medical school at the University of California, San Diego in 2007.
I will do my best to get you back on track and optimize your mental health. There's no one size fits all solution to treating mental health. I will listen and adjust to fit what you need to feel better, using evidence-based medicine and behavioral techniques. I am also an experienced psychotherapist.
Getting you back on track and optimizing your mental health is my primary goal. To reach this goal, I will use evidence-based medicine and behavioral therapy. There's no magic bullet and no one size fits all solution to treating mental health. To fit treatment to your needs, I will listen, and do my very best to tailor care in a way that helps you feel better.
